I started making wedding cakes in 2004 with the first one for my daughter's wedding. I have since done about 38 cakes, mostly for nieces and nephews, but also a few for friends and acquaintances. I also substitute teach at an elementary school, and just take care of my family. My daughter-in-law helped me set up this blog so future clients could see photos of some of my wedding cakes. I'm still new at this but it is fun to learn. I expecially love using rolled fondant because it looks so elegant and is so versitile. I make my own marshmallow fondant that actually tastes very good. Im willing to share the tips and things I have learned with anyone interested. I am not an expert; just someone who wanted to learn and help family and friends save money.
